Providing a safe working environment is a legal and accreditation requirement.

The RACGP Standards for general practices, 5th edition states "Each practice owner/manager is responsible for providing a safe working environment. This includes being genuinely committed to the healh, safety and wellbeing of the whole practice team" .

Doug Innes from Workplace Health and Safety Queensland will provide practical advice on how to improve safety within your general practice.
